806 This is Me!

So this is a last-minute, super half-assed entry. I don't like that I left it so late, and did it so quickly.. but life.

Most of you know me pretty well, by now, whether you ever wanted to or not LOL

So, for this task, I decided to go with five of my favorite MCU/DCEU relationships; and five tags for Lands of Magicmy current favorite movie, which is NOT in the acceptable fandoms list.



+ My MCU OTP is and always will be Peggy Carter and Timothy 'Dum Dum' Dugan. Don't get me wrong: I will always be on team Steve/Peggy.. but the USS Emu was my rowboat long before Endgame "undid" it. If it even did..
+ Steve/Diana is also great, but I was ALL ABOUT Bruce & Diana in Justice League and Batman vs Superman. Give me more.
+ I heart Steve and Natasha in every form, whether it's BFFs or romance. I really don't care how I get them as long as I get them. (runners up include Phil/Melinda on Agents of SHIELD; and Oliver/Kara from Arrowverse)
+ Tony and Peter make me happy. Tony gets to know what hell he put his own father through and Peter gets to have a father-figure and just HEARTBREAK AT EVERY TURN. Damnit, Tom.
+ Barry Allen & Jefferson Pierce is my Arrowverse broTP and I need more of it. I also want to see Jefferson and Joe have a sit-down, but whatever. (runners up include Malcolm Merlyn & Damien Darhk, because the Legion of Doom was hysterical; and Sam & Bucky, because I can watch those two snark at each other all. day. long.)



Early November of 2021, I fell into the Bollywood tag on Netflix and watched a collection of random movies and came across this one called Happy New Year that is pretty much Ocean's Eleven, if Ocean's Eleven took place during a dance competition in Dubai instead of a boxing match in Las Vegas. I have half the songs from this movie in my morning commute playlist and I watch it fairly regularly. Sadly, Netflix pulled it back in early February; and it's impossible to find on Amazon. Thankfully, it was on iTunes....




EDIT: OMG. I'm not even on Winter. I'M ON SUMMER. WTF brain?????

It also makes me hate that there's no actual culture in Central Florida, because I can't see any of the new stuff until it comes over here, like five years after it's released. :(

CA:Civil War and Avengers: Endgame don't count b/c he's not in either of them long enough, tho he does touch the water in Infinity War... but the poor kid gets wet so often, i'm starting to think it's in his contract
